"Can’t say much for the product but the service seems to be lacking. Ordered the “Surprise for her” bundle over the weekend with a scheduled delivery for Valentine’s Day.. to my surprise they NEVER arrived. After looking through my email for a phone number to call, I realized that my order was cancelled the day before delivery around 5-6pm with nothing more than an email saying my refund will be processed. No explanation on the email as to why it was cancelled. Was there not enough delivery drivers?? Offer me to go and pick it up. Did you run out of some kind of product like the chocolates, the flowers, balloons? No idea because I simply got a cancellation email and nothing more with no option to substitute or replace something. Left me completely speechless and now giftless on Valentine’s Day for my loved one."

"My sister ordered a dozen purple tulips for me. I received a nice vase with a bent butterfly (I'm sure it was lovely pre-delivery) and 10 white tulips. They do smell nice and they are at various stages of opening. My sister was very upset I didn't get the color or quantity of what she ordered, and she was never contacted to approve a substitute."

"12-23-23 I received an Xmas flower arrangement from Rose D'Amour yesterday. It wasn't "delivered" it was left on the sidewalk outside our screened entrance. I never would have seen it if it weren't for my neighbor's call. I hope my family didn't pay too much for this One-sided arrangement (see photos). I can't really use it as a center piece as is. There is pretty much nothing but greens and 4 roses that are already fully opened and will probably die by Xmas. There are a few terrible half-opened spray painted carnations. I don't have the heart to tell my family what a waste of money this was. I will try to salvage the roses and make an "actual centerpiece" that I can display. Would not recommend Rose D'Amour to anyone."
