"Over 10 years ago. When it was still called postal credit Union. The ATM machine ate my card I was told that if I wanted a new one I'd have to pay for it. So I moved all my money out of the credit union but kept the credit card because the interest rate was okay.. I bought something off a fake website I was told by customer service but I had to fax them proof of the transaction. I have not owned the fax since the 90th. Also told because I gave them the number they could not shut down the card."
