"Since the take over of Truist from Suntrust, their service is in the toilet. I have waited 45 min or more for the drive through. I guess they only have 2 employees per location. I'm changing all my accounts over soon."

"If I would be able to give zero stars I would this is the WORST bank EVER. Not only where they charging me a monthly fee with my deposits being over the limit they listed to have a free account and when I noticed and called the outsources call center where I barely understood the rep it was a hassle to get my money put back on my account, but the people in this particular branch are a very UNHELPFUL bunch. The two times that I had an issue no one was willing to help. Let's not even talk about how the app only works every other day... I will be closing this account immediately..."
