"Zero stars. I’d had it it with Truist so I went into this branch to close my account. The guy that helped me said it would close in a day or two…WRONG! My account was never closed! 3 weeks go by and I’m informed by Truist I’ve inquired overdraft fees! I go back to the branch and SHOCKER! The guy who helped me quit! Unbelievable. I finally got my account closed and switched to chase and advise you to do the same!"

"ATM often does not work or out of cash at this location. I have banked with Sun Trust that became Truist for almost 30 years. This location has problems with ATM and after driving to next closest location, their parking lot was closed. Not being able to get cash when needed is a concern. I will be taking business elsewhere."

"I went to the branch for online banking assistance, and was lucky enough to be helped by Farrah Alakkad! She is amazing and knowledgeable, and fixed all the issues I was having. She went above and beyond to also be sure that I was able to access the account through other devices, and really made my life much easier. Farrah is a great example of what customer/client service is all about!"

"Need an appointment if you need to withdrawal your own money. Door is always locked need to call them open the door even if you have appointment."
