"I found a watch I have been looking for at a great price on their website. I called their customer service to confirm with them if they still have it in stock. After confirming they do, I immediately ordered it and received order confirmation. I followed up with customer service to confirm and check when they will ship out the watch. I was told it will be shipped out within 24 hours and to expect a tracking number by then. I waited a few days but did not receive any updates (It was during the Christmas and holidays so I could understand and was not upset). So I called customer service after 6 days from the date of purchase and I was told there was an issue with the price and it was actually more but, they will match the price with what I paid for and ship it as soon as it is internally resolved. I figured that's fine and I will wait few more days. I waited another week. So total 2 weeks after the purchase date, I called customer service again to follow up just to be told that they don't have the watch in stock anymore. I never got any update from them. I always had to call and follow up. I then get an email from Katrina Hess to give them a rating for my recent purchase and I emailed her back my experience. She told me that they never had the watch to begin with and it was an error on their website and I will be refunded. I waited another 5 days but no refund so had to follow up again requesting status. Finally I got the refund the next day. So before making my purchase I did my due diligence by calling and getting confirmation that the watch is in stock. Even when following up after 6 days from purchase date I was not told it wasn't in stock but its a pricing issue and they will ship the watch. Now I am at a loss because I was really looking forward to that watch. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because after 19 days they did give me a full refund. I will be hesitant to make any purchase from them again."
