"BEWARE! PLEASE DO NOT STEP IN. They swapped out my 14 K Gold chain with a fake when I brought it in for fixing. We gave the guy a chance to come clean but he refused to do the same. He was not willing to give us a receipt or show us the CCTV footage so that we could prove that this is not the chain we brought in. We are working towards reporting him with the police, Better Business Bureau and mall authorities. I would highly advise all of you to stay away from this shop."
