Because it turns out that they were not from Apple if they were not Chinese and I realized why it was failing me, I took it to the Apple of the Florida mall and they told me that they scammed me because what I bought was an imitation. The workers told me that they could not return my money because it was not their fault but mine for not verifying whether or not they were original !!! . The truth is that I feel well scammed by that store because I feel that they stole my money in a brazen way and they didn't have the desence to help me because they know that they scammed me ... be very careful with the purchases they make they can be the next one."
