"I stopped by her shop while waiting for our table at the restaurant next door. As I looked around I found that her work showed what a true sliversmith she is. Laura wasn't there, but her partner was, I ended up buying a tanzinite ring. The next day the stone fell out. I was not able to get back to her shop for our flight was leaving the next day back to VT. I messaged Laura to let her know what happened, she immediately got back to me and gave me her address to send the ring for repair. Laura kept in touch the whole time throughout the process of the repair, she ended up redesigning the ring, inserting the stone into a new setting. I received the ring back on my birthday! The ring is beautiful! Laura is a true crafts woman to her trade and stands up to her work making sure her customers are truly happy.
