"This business judges individuals by their dress and does business with them accordingly. I was given information on a coin by the owner which was clearly false and made up on the fly. This coin was graded already but I wanted to see if his reputation was as I had heard. It was. Any numismatist with even a minimal knowledge would have recognized the lie. Very unprofessional, and should not be in this type of business where a layman may be looking for information and not be dressed to this man's liking. The clothing don't make the man. No stars period."
