"I have had an account at this location for almost 10 years and always had great customer service. Recently our account was hit with fraudulent charges back to back. We called, filed reports, and came into the location several times to fill out paperwork and did everything we could to rectify, even going as far as to call the location where the fraud had taken place asking for resolve. We even asked if the police could do anything, nothing could be done. Within two months our account was charged fraudulently twice, then we were hit with overdraft fees from the fraud charges, being told it was our fault we didn't have the money to cover the charges. This put a strain on my family. The bank employees and manager acted as if was our fault and treated us as such, even taking away our ability to have a debit card for the account. It was insulting to say the least and I have never been treated this way, being a loyal long time customer. I am still very upset at how this was handled and can never recommend this bank now. I went next door to Chase and opened a new account and have been very happy."

I am 55 now and have been a patron myself for many years. Of course there are now many more branches which was the reason for the name change. Great customer care hands down.
