"This was my first time using or coming to this bank, I went in to establish an account, when I got in, it was fairly busy, but Mrs. Tambra Pinkston came in with the rapid service, was there less than 20 minutes, and I was impressed with the bank by having the debit cards on demand. She was kind and caring to us, and we talked about childhood shows. It absolutely improved my experience. 10/10"

"Hello, my account has been locked for fraud since January 25th. It is March 14th, it's been under investigation and told the fraud dept is backed up and to wait for a letter in the mail with the investigation results. I will be returning to the branch this week to hopefully get this resolved. Been banking here for many years and always was happy with their service and etc but this is quite ridiculous to be waiting near 2 months for something to be investigated and resolved. My parents had made another 1 review about this as our family banks there and they emailed like requested but no response from the email. I'd like to stay with suncoast but this is not good to have accounts locked for so long, people have to be able to take care of their expenses."

"Nothing against this branch....but my daughter's account has been locked out for over a month due to 'wire fraud'. We have been banking with Suncoast for over 30 years. This is unacceptable and we have valid concerns about all of our accounts now. Customer service gets you absolutely nowhere. If you are considering banking here do your diligent research. As an update 3/12/23: We sent an email as requested on 2/28/23. No response from Suncoast as expected. The account is still locked."
