"THE WORST jewelry store I've been to in my life. I purchased a bracelet and necklace for 4k. The necklace broke the 1st day I wore it, and the contents spread throughout my bedroom. Lucky for me, I was still home. I brought it bk, and they refused to fix it and they said that it was my fault. I took it to another jeweler and to my Suprise they showed me that chain holding the necklace together had rotted. I was basically forced to get a ring as a replacement, which also broke. I didnt bother to take it back to them as distgusted as i was at that point. Now just remember, i was in the market to buy a chain and bracelet and not a ring which is what i ended up with. Also cant forget to mention that their false advertisements, having one price online and will literally change the price in store. These people are literally CROOKS AND HAVE BEEN RIPPING PEOPLE OFF FOR A LONG TIME."
