Although Adams wasn’t able to repair necklace (my own fault), he was able to sell me a matching one on site for a very fair price. I’ve always shopped out of town as I’ve had difficulty finding an Orlando jeweler, but I think my search is over. Very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Will use again. Many thanks!"
