"The online banking is difficult to use. Sometimes payments don't go through. Transfers don't seem to work either. I went into the Lutz location several times after not being able to move my money online and spoke to Jeff each time. He is basically useless. The only thing he seems to know how to do is open an account. He keeps deferring me to call customer service and telling me to give it a few days to process even after I got a notification email that it didn't go through. Then again today after speaking with customer service they deferred me back to Jeff who said he would have to call me back because he was with a client and of course he never did return my call. I'm taking my business else where. I am tired of getting nowhere and not having anyone who actually knows what they are doing."
