"Worst credit union. They took money out of my account and can't find records of why. I once went here for a pre-approval to buy a car, was told I needed an appointment, came back at another date for my appointment and was then told that they don't do that there. You're a credit union! That's one of the things you're supposed to do. I closed my accounts and have gone elsewhere. This place is a joke."

"It was super easy for me to get this account through my job when i lived in Florida. That i will give them. They are also pretty helpful when they can be-well Miguel is.. The ladies arent as helpful. They arent exactly rude, i just feel that Miguel is more willing to help and explain things clearly so that you can understand. I have also never in my life heard of a bank that cant help you with charges that aren't yours or getting your money when your supposed to and not days late when the place that owes you the money already sent it to the bank. This bank isn't all bad but this might be one of the worse banks Ive ever dealt with. The fact that its a credit union makes it even worse!! I have prepaid cards that I don't have as much issue with. I kinda expect more from a bank- a credit union to be exact"

"I’ve had an account with them since 1996. As a matter of fact, it was my very first account & I was a teenager. The names may have changed, but the service has stayed the same. Always greeted when you enter & depart, plus quality service. The employees there are like family to me. They’ve watch me grow & go thru some life changing events (like my husband away). They made the transition process very easy on me as I go through a rough time. Now my kids are members. Thank you all for your quality service! Bless you all."
