They are responsive and banking with them is easy and hassle-free, unlike with larger banks. With larger banks, I find that it can be hard to get a hold of someone who can help me. It's also tough to get things done because they have a long list of bureaucratic policies that they apply to every single customer, whether they make sense or not. You call ...and call...and call. It would take days or weeks to get anything fixed or attended to. Nobody really cared about us or our needs. That all changed at First Citrus Bank.
