"First Citrus was Great....DFCU so far Not so Good! The transition is a major PAIN for account holders.DFCU has offered account holders no extra help in any way to make the transition good for us. They send you a packet that will take 2 to 3 hours to go through, figure out, and decipher. In the meantime the day everything switched over all my automatic bill pay that I had set up for years completely disappeared, gone, not a trace. But of course, that’s my problem. I will give this place one more month and then our accounts are gone. SO FAR current customer appreciation, consideration, and service are non existent !!!"
