"The old woman who works in this place is a racist, I went to send money to Colombia and I gave her all my information, put the recipient's last name first as it is here in this country and the old woman tells me that she asked for the last name, not the name and tells me to leave with the excuse of "he doesn't want to keep me here waiting." wait standing for my complaint, you are going to see it"

She got an attitude with me! Ma'am if you're reading this, learn how to speak English better, so people can understand you next time. Otherwise, don't complain."
