"Cant even do a simple change order and the lady on the phone was so rude yet she told me to watch how i talk to her. Girl i was kind and stating facts. As far as i know, that isn't rude. Called around 11:09. Definitely would have a serious talk with whoever took my call. Update: Apparently the ladies name is Kacy and she runs that location. no wonder this place keeps getting 1 star reviews."
"My husband and I went into open a checking account on a weekday morning. The bank was empty so a banker saw us immediately. My husband mentioned his online banking card had been hacked and while we were able to resolve it and change cards, we would like a brick and mortar bank account for future banking. The banker seemed intent that all our electronics must be hacked and a new account from them would be hacked too. It was a very strange conversation. We explained that we had received a new card and checked all of our devices for malware, the new card has been in use with no further issue. We just wanted a personal banker to deal with directly. It was like we were trying to convince her to give us a bank account, weird because we have good credit and had money in hand to open the checking account. In the end she made it feel like they didn't want our business, probably for the best after reading the other reviews. We moved up the road and we were welcomed into the Bank of America, they made it easy to get everything set up and we had a new bank account in half an hour. They had account products to ensure the safety of our deposits, it was very reassuring. Not sure why this Truist bank doesn't want clients, but we found a much better experience at Bank of America."
"I was in there this afternoon because I had fraud on my account. There was a man who stated he had to leave for lunch and the branch manager was on a phone call that she could not hang up on. The branch manager started helping me and told me to come back in before 6 pm to finish up. I arrived after 4 and she was gone. I asked the lunch man if she left information as to how to help me and he replied...I don't know who you are. I have been going into this bank every week for the past 6 months and I thought I liked the teller by the name Jessica. She even asked me for a job last week when i was in cashing a payroll chec. However, she informed me this afternoon that she would not serve me and that she wanted to lock the door to keep me out. I called the 800 number and they resolved my issue within 20 minutes. Since when does the employees at a bank have the right to keep a customer from doing business inside their bank? I think Jessica overstepped her authority and was out of line to try to keep me away from my money. Perhaps she should be investigated to make sure she has nothing to hide ."
"I come here ONLY do drop off work deposits. Every time they try to get me to sign up with them for my personal accounts. Once or twice I get, but every time? Stop it! You don’t offer me ANYTHING my current bank doesn't already. I get your corporate owners are probably pushing your employees to ask everyone every time, but I find my patience wearing thin and I don’t want to be rude to your employees but it’s coming. Do better and assume nobody wants to open anything unless they ASK YOU"
"Terrible....my mother is a beneficiary on my bank account in case I die, she can access my accounts. My mom has accounts (Plural) as well with SunTrust. She goes in to close her account 6 months ago...they closed my account and gave her all of my money. Then my mom had to go back to the bank, write a check and have the money put back into my account. It just HAPPENED AGAIN!! Not once....twice. In addition to this, there have been times my mom has gone to the bank to withdraw money and they withdrew money from my bank account. I'm completely disgusted with the incompetence of money handling and lack of attention to detail by this bank! Now my account will stay closed and I'll have my mother send me the money on the side."
