Fifth Third Bank & ATM

"You know I don't even know where to put the stars. The guys behind the counter are great. But I've been trying to get my zip code corrected in the system for almost a year now. I'm super tired and now I just got out of the hospital and some of the bills I need to pay I can't because this is the zip code is incorrect. I've called and spoke to representatives at this bank. I've came in person and spoke to representatives and still there are quite a few places that will not accept the zip code of my card. I'm to the point of changing banks"

"Not happy with 5/3 bank at all. I keep getting kicked out of the mobile app. It will work for a few weeks and then it stops letting me log on. It’s been happening since June. Customer support was not helpful. Their bill pay is awful too. It shouldn’t take a week to 10 days for an electronic payment to be received."

"I dislike the long wait every time I visit ... There's alot of bad reviews here.... and no changes to improve their customer service. If my job didn't do banking here, I certainly would not use them... Kara is nice but the other woman, yikes!"

"Visited this branch today about issues with my accounts. Jeanette P. was extremely unprofessional from the time I stepped into her office. Did not greet, or even ask for my ID to verify I was the account holder. Anything I said, there was a combative remark and focus was not on me as a customer. Instead kept commenting hie hungry she was, didn’t even have the door shut for privacy of my information. As a customer for 10 plus years, this was horrible customer service. Will be moving my accounts elsewhere."
