"I had previously purchased a pair of gold studs from this store and lost one them, so I went to repurchase them again. The older asian lady attempted to try and overcharge me a ridiculous price for earrings I really could find anywhere else. She then advise if I could prove what price I actually spent for the earrings so I brought up my bank account transactions showing the original price that I as charge for the earrings, she then rebuttal saying that was for something else ????? What I’ve never purchase anything from your store so why and what charge would this actually be for? Then she says “ that was the price then this is the price now”. Which is fine however to lie as or be manipulative is poor customer service . I won’t spend bit one brown penny in 5star jewelry located in university mall and hope they are force out of business selling that bubble jewelry and Jacking up the prices in predominantly black communities."
