"I went it looking for a necklace, they didn’t have what I was looking for but assured me they could make it custom for me. The necklace was going to cost 720.00 dollars and I gave them a 150.00 dollar deposit. This is where my experience went south, after months of waiting I reached back out to them only to find out they forgot about me…. Then they called for me to pick up and I went in and they used a different chain because THEY thought it looked better…. So I have them exchange the chain, I come back in for pick up a second time and all the custom discs on the necklace were scratched up badly and were different thicknesses They told me they would fix this, I waited months again with no response from them. Now I’ve had enough and dont want the necklace anymore and they’re refusing to refund me, this wasn’t a service, they still have the gold, a refund should not be so farfetched….all in all their craftsmanship isn’t top tier but their prices are, I would highly recommend going to a REAL jewelry store."
