"A few years ago I lost the diamond in my wedding ring set (the large one from the engagement ring). I was heart broken because they were my late mother-in-laws rings. Three weeks ago I took the set to Gus's and asked for a garnet. Today Gus called and I am ecstatic about my rings. He is awesome and yes I will remember to take them back to get them cleaned. "2 diamonds were missing in my engagement ring and so I brought it to Gus and he fixed it. I get 3 miles down the road and another diamond fell out. I then had to take it back to him and replace it. Fast forward 3 days after pick up, I got married and a diamond went missing out of my wedding band that I have only worn for 4 days. I took it to another jeweler as I was not pleased with his attention to detail. I now have $500 worth of work to be done in a ring that was originally bought from Gus. The diamonds that were replaced didn’t match and placed in the setting crooked. There were no prongs on some of the diamonds which is why they kept falling out. I have to have 10 tips re done because they were smashed by his careless work."
