"I went to several places lookng for a watch band for my Smart Watch. I pulled up to the store and thought this place was too expensive so I left without going in. I went to several other places only to find that either they didn't have watchbands (Target) or couldn't get help (Walmart). I decided I would bite the bullet and went back to Mackinnon's. Not only did I find a watchband for $20, I was treated as if I was buying a $1,000 diamond. If you value customer service, as I do, this is the place gets it. As if that wasn't enough, Tom's grandfather was involved in trainging the Tuskegee airmen. I will be back. Next year is my 30th wedding anniversary and I know that Tom and his team will do the right thing."
