"We ordered a watch from Lang Jewelers, and when it arrived, it wasn’t working. Not wanting to take the chance of taking the back off and possibly scratching it changing the battery, I contacted the store and told them of the problem. I was told that they would either send me a replacement battery, or I could return the watch to them so they could replace it. Just in case there was something else wrong with the watch, we chose to send it back to them. They provided a return label for us, we sent it back, and I just received it. It is a beautiful watch, and it is up and running. Sydney was the most helpful and courteous employee! It’s nice to know that there are still companies out there who care about customer service. It is rare indeed to find these days. This is a wonderful company to deal with! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!"
