"I attempted to exchange 1 of my 2 plants that were gifted to me in memory of my recent loss. One plant thrived & the other one did not. I was told "no nursery in the US exchange plants once it leaves the premises; if I were a million dollar customer he may exchange it!" I walked away with no refund($13) & no exchange. Very disappointing!!! Where is the customer service?"
