"I went to the 23rd street branch by the hospital and they stated they were not able to help me and asked if I could come back the next day. Due to time issues I was unable to wait so I went to this branch and arrived at 4:17pm. Even though it was near closing time Aubree Fedor stayed and opened the new accounts for my family member. Aubree was very professional and kind. I greatly appreciate the time she took to stay late and meet our banking needs."

"I will never accept payment for a small business (or open an account) with Regions. I have never been able to simply walk in & handle my business without being charged a fee. Accepting payment from Regions bank is basically accepting your own ransom note because they will litterally hold your money hostage until you give them a percentage."

"MRS. CHELSEA H. !! I kid you not is literally the best banker I’ve ever spoken with. She manages the one here , I recommend every one to go to her for whatever reason you have at regions! When I called today to speak with someone , she answered so politely. I told her about my issue with the overdrafting fees , she gave me all of the fees that they charged me for ! And gave me real advice on how I can end up with more money in my savings account. This is what true help feels like and I am so thankful she has done more than enough to completely help my family ! Now I don’t have to worry about getting stuff for my daughter and still save money this month . This lady needs a raise or something ! Thank you Mrs. Chelsea !( I hope I spelled correctly)"
