"Well it finally happened, my debit card has been compromised. I have had several unauthorized charges to my account. I hear quite too often about this from Tyndall customers. It seems they have had a breach and have had their card numbers sold on the dark web. What are they going to do to fix this problem? Seems like they are behind the curve in security and technology in general. If you want your information shared with unknown people on the dark web, please use Tyndall."
"I've asked for help on a 2 occasions to stop payment on withdrawals that I didn't approve, 1st charge was for a hotel I booked during the wild fires. We were evacuated & couldn't go to the fairgrounds to camp with 2 dogs & a newborn. The hotel took our money but had no vacancies & wouldn't return our money, TYNDALL wouldn't stop payment! 850 Strong, my foot! Next time was for a loan company that took the same payment to many times. TYNDALL teller in Callaway lied to my fiance claiming to stop payment, but never did & denied it when I called a week later. I'm done with this C.U.,it's done nothing proactive or good for us in 3 years of being a member!"
"Do not give you access to your own money. If you are making a transaction for more than a couple hundred dollars, you need to send them a secure message through their website and wait or them to approve the transaction. They also do not allow you to transer money into your checking account more than 3 times per month; they make you go to their branch and physically withdraw it from one account and then deposit in the other. Mobile deposits are held for days before funds are available. I wanted to use a local credit union instead of one of the giant banks, but they're just a giant headache!"
"I have several bank accounts with several banks, Tyndall is by far the worst. Several times I have been charged overdraft fees when I still had money in my account. I have been hung up on by customer service when I have had issues (note: I wasn't being rude in any way) and the issues I have happen frequently. I never have any of these issues from my other banks. Over the years I have started using their services less and less, now I am almost to a point where I am going to stop using them all together. I have given them so many chances and so many oppertunities to make things right and all they have shown me is not only do they not care but they will continue to do these things because they have the lawyers on their side."
"Liars and crooks! Will not do business with them again EVER! We in good faith signed a loan to buy our motorcycle from the company we were leasing it from and now that Tyndall has the loan on our bike are claiming that we now owe more money and are "renegotiating" our loan to an amount we can not afford. Their only solution is to have them refinance our car as a personal secured loan at 16.99%. Our initial payment from going to a loan from a lease increased our payment by $12/mo. Adding the new amount they claim our lease holder tells them is the actual amount makes our payments go up $47/mo. An amount we can not afford. We are a single income family. My husband works and I am disabled and dependant on dozens of medications. We have 2 kids at home and one in college. We are very financially strapped. The fine folks at Tyndall, Kelsey and Becca, dont seem to care and have done all they can to not only swindle us out of my husband's motorcycle, his form of transportation, but now are trying to get our SUV, which my son mostly drives, in the mix. I am beyond frustrated and angry. We have no idea what to do or how to resolve this. The only thing I am sure of is I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!"
