"I can go to this bank any day of the week an they are not friendly! If your to lazy to get up an greet a customer with a smile or to lazy to answer a question on what I need to identify myself for a acct. Your obviously not physically or emotionally fit for simple job.Hell they were so rude I asked for 10s back she gave me everything but then threw it on the table.I have at least 3 videos showing how rude they are! I show them every time someone suggests opening a business acct at this bank."

"The staff here is amazing! I live in Atlanta and have to use one of the big box banks up there so I try to keep some money at innovations and do my banking through them when possible. Even though it’s long distance it’s still way more convenient because the staff is on point and are extremely personal. They always take the time to sit down and explain any questions I have and make all of my banking experiences so much better than the big banks in Atlanta. If you are looking for a quality credit union and want to avoid the big bank and all of their silly policies then I suggest checking out innovations. The one on Harrison and 11th street is my favorite but they all Provide excellent service."

"I use to love this CU. But beware, I made a deposit a good amount and they took it upon them selves to spend my money how they saw fit. Then held the rest of the funds for 7 days. Needless to say they left me stranded in another town. Thank you for being my owner and spending my money. So you DO NOT have control over your own accounts. Then a Vic texts me on my private phone. Texts me like a child. Doesnt even have the decency to pick up the phone dial the number and talk to me like a real human let alone a banking professional. This place is run by a bunch of children. If you cant give me the decency of a phone call then do t expect any respect back!!! You need better manners and learn professionalism!!!!"
