"This shop is amazing to work with. When I was originally looking for my wife’s engagement ring Mike went above and beyond. He helped me create what I wanted when I could t seem to find an out of the box option. Well fast forward three years and unfortunately the ring took a hit and lost the main stone. Once again Mike went out of his way searching with multiple distributors to find a replacement stone which turns out was not an easy find. Her ring was built around a lighter blue sapphire which is not super common but he was able to get multiple stones in for her to look at and found another stone that was perfect and get her ring fixed. His service continues well after the sale whether through cleaning or reappraisals. We will continue to do business with him because of his quality and customer service.
