Loretta greeted us with a big smile and helped us with all the questions we could ever ask and never made us feel rushed! She never once made me feel like I had to pick the ring at that very moment. We came back a few days later and told her what we decided on. She got Duke to inspect the diamonds that we had and they helped us match up another diamond to those so we had a three stone set. Glenn then made my band custom and he let us see it printed in 3D it fit perfectly and boom a week later we had the perfect ring! Could not ask for better service!
