Reviews of Fetch
"They lose & delay packages. Horrible customer service. I hate that my building uses this company for delivery it’s the worst. ——————————— Update: I was able to get my package & all has been well since. Updating from 1 to 3 star!"
"After living in my apartment complex for about 6 months now, I can say Fetch has never failed me. They are good about logging the package within 24 hours and always delivering it within your preferred window."
"Update from my Previous Posts: Fetch continues to be a terrible service. They have lost another of my packages and are being uncooperative and unresponsive in the matter. Due to the updated policies from services like Amazon, I also cannot be refunded for my missing package due to this terrible freight forwarding service, and Fetch is refusing to compensate for the missing item despite USPS and Amazon confirming the delivery. Also, the company commented on my previous post saying they would be in touch but they never were. They never followed through with the investigation for my previous missing items and their straight lies about my packages previously. I am petitioning my building to remove their services from our building, and will be contacting the BBB about their business practices and responsibilities. Original Review: Terrible service. Don’t use. They have arbitrary delivery windows that delay even expedited shipping to 12-36 hours after time of “delivery” from any service (UPS, USPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc). More importantly, they lie about messing up your delivery - case in point, I had a package delivered to Fetch from Amazon as a gift from my mother; fetch delivered it to the wrong unit number in my building. My neighbor is kind enough to have realized it was not theirs after opening, and placed it in front of my unit. When following up with fetch, I provided the opportunity for them to not only catch and own their mistake but also to rectify the issue - they did neither, and the resulting communication was the worst I’ve ever seen from a “customer service” based company. There is no human interaction, you can not speak to anyone other than an automated text chat bot, and when escalated they are unresponsive and uncooperative via email. I had proof of their mistake waiting and they did a “we investigated ourselves and found no wrong doing” despite my knowledge of their wrong doing. It took 12 days after my first interaction for them to dismiss my case without any real follow up. When you check other reviews for both Miami based facilities you’ll find out they are not secure at all - packages are left out in the open with no monitoring or security. They claim to use tracking services for how your items are handled in the facility, but my experience shows that they are falsified or at best they intentionally lose those records when they make a mistake. I left a previous review in which the company replied with a standard, “we’re so sorry, we have found your account with us and will follow up with you via management shortly” but this never actually happened. I have had to escalate this to my buildings’ management since they are the only ones who can contact the representative that sold the service to my building. I will update when I have further info."
"This service is absolutely ridiculous. Why rental companies utilize it is beyond me. When I order a package I want it delivered ASAP. I don’t want to have to wait for a company to process my package and deliver it days later. So many issue with this service. When they can’t locate a package they blame the carrier. Putting a claim through with the company who sent the item they can’t do anything because you used this third party to accept the package. Absolute Trash!"
"Unfortunately, I'm required to use Fetch in my building (though I'll sure complain to the building management multiple times if I have to). I have a package that both USPS and the vendor confirm was delivered, but Fetch seems unable to find it. Fetch says USPS marked it as delivered, but that it's a mistake and the package is delayed. They have not, though, contacted USPS to be able to make that claim (I have - and USPS confirms the delivery). So they're just making excuses. And Fetch's customer service reply basically means they take no responsibility and I have to deal with it alone. So if Fetch lost my package, what am I supposed to do? Take the loss? I'm surely gonna report and complain to my building manager. Hopefully future residents won't have to use Fetch's service."
