"Excellent service, super nice employees"

"Where do I start. I shipped a large heavy package at this location. 2 weeks later I receive notification that the package is still in my city but at a different location and I need to pick it up. I go to pick it up and the packaging is absolutely destroyed. No one can give me information as to why my package was opened and why it never got delivered. I take it home. Re wrap everything and when I go to reship it I get told I'd be charged again. Mind you it was 169 dollars to ship it the first time. When I explained the situation to the manager on duty November 14 2023. All he could do is give me customer service number. I called 5 times no one ever picked up. I asked him to call and he said the same thing is going to happen if he calls. He can't do anything about it. Call customer service. Never again will I use fedex for anything."

"God the customer service here is terrible!!! The employees are so rude! Never again! Next time I have to pick up the package I will demand it be delivered to me or sent to another location. Never want to step foot in here again. The employee that assisted me did not have a name badge. I visited the location on a Tuesday afternoon at around 645pm. I walked out not a thank you, nothing. All she said was “that’s it, next in line.”"

"The fat, black, old-faced woman who works at the front desk She's a rude, racist who takes advantage of people who don't speak English, treats them badly and makes them pack the packages. Please, this store must do something! because I'm not the only one who thinks this, there are many comments from other people who mention this situation!!"

"Expecting a important package and I missed the first attempt because my front gate was locked. So the next day I stayed home and the delivery person didn't even ring the doorbell or come to the door although the gate was unlocked this time. They just left a we'll try again tag and a letter in the back to come pick it up. I've never experienced or seen anything like this!"
