"Took a box in with a pre-printed label from FedEx at 11:32, Thursday December 21st. I was told by the young man that my package was too big. He showed me some dimensions which clearly measured out to be much less than even 2/3 of the size of my box and doubled down on his point. I'm not sure what math class this person attended if he attended one at all, I've dropped off there several times times with the same size box. But rather argue I'll go to a different FedEx place. FedEx is definitely going downhill, this person worked for Walgreens."

"When they finally appear, (after acknowledging you before disappearing in the back of the store) they look so disinterested and then tell you the scanner they have doesn't work. When I asked how long for them to fix that or if it's a temporary issue, Karl said it happens about 3-4 times per week and takes at least 45 mins to sort out with fedex. Apathetic and uncaring. Two stars is for the location - if it was a working on site store."
