"Today was my first visit to Lou’s. I was expecting a small storefront, but I was pleasantly surprised to find what I would consider a super store with many employees on duty. I want to give praise to Mr. Carlos Romero who dedicated more than one hour to patiently guide me through the process of selecting and buying my first ever semiautomatic weapon. Mr. Romero exemplifies excellent customer service. His attention was totally on me and made me feel that I was the only person in the store. He was able to answer all my questions in ways that were easy to understand with my extremely limited background. Romero is respectful and yet very friendly. He is a true professional who enjoys the type of service he provides. My total experience at Lou’s is what I would like to receive in other places. They get all the stars from me and even more if I could!"
