"Customer Service!? I truly thought that this ancient concept was lost... but no, Waterboy is doing something right by its employees as they go above and beyond regularly! From getting a phone call, as Bob is standing at my front door and didn't see any bottles out, (as I regularly have at least 4 - 5) to him also carrying in the two bottles that my mother needed, because he noticed she now has a ramp at her front door. This was not a one-time event of good service, they consistently provide excellent service and communication! Kudos Waterboy!"

"I am surprised by some of the reviews since I have had excellent service from both the delivery people and the billing department. I do have my own cooler (from Amazon) so I cannot speak to that. They are inexpensive so why pay a rental fee. I have never had a delivery not occur and they send out a schedule in advance. The driver picks up my empties from the enclosed front porch and leaves full ones. They even called before Hurricane Irma to ensure I had enough supply. I recently did not leave any empties out and they left two full bottles but on the very next delivery they picked up the two empties and did not leave full ones which kept me at my preferred 6 bottle limit. I was very impressed since I was not stuck finding room for the extra two from the previous month. Maybe I just lucked into a great driver but I have had zero issues and the price is equivalent to lugging heavy bottles home from the store."
