"Was just informed today after I called that my order was not on the list for delivery tomorrow- an order that had been placed 2 weeks ago and multiple emails confirming delivery for tomorrow. Not sure how everyone else got their stuff but I can’t arrange my work at a moments notices and after arranging my schedule for this delivery for this company to not even have the decency to let me know my delivery was rescheduled and which they didn’t even know when can be delivered. Not impressed and am currently on hold with the company that contracted their service."

"XPO delivered my Peloton bike today. They called the day before to confirm and then gave me a 10 to 1 time frame. The driver called about 1030 on the day of delivery and was there in 10 minutes. The driver and the assistant were friendly and courteous. Excellent delivery service. I have had many in the past that kept me waiting all day. These guys delivered on time. Highly recommend."

"Excellent service. Very accommodating when scheduling delivery, I later needed to change the date and it was so easy to do on the email I had sent. My delivery was scheduled 10:30-2:30. Received a phone call at 9:45 they were 25 minutes out. Removal of old mattresses and set up of new one was very efficient. The guys even helped me quickly put the dust ruffle back on before placing the top mattress. THANK YOU XPO Logistics!"
