"Absolutely trash! Came all the way to my house, all for them to not even get the refrigerator off the truck & simply say it wasn’t going to fit & took it back to Lowes. Then when I was trying to reschedule, I called multiple times & all they ever did was keep transferring me until they hung up on."

"It is now february 8th, 2023. Ive still not received my compensation for the work missed due to them falsifying a delivery. I keep calling and all i hear is "its been aproved, now just waiting on finance to send it out. They're really back up at this time." I was told that hopefully I'll be in the batch of checks being sent out on the 10th. They said my refrigerator was delivered August 8th. Even included photos of a home. I called to find out where my refrigerator was delivered, I'm told that it was actually sent back for redelivery the following day. So now I've missed 2 days of work. And Marvin, from spirit delivery calls me around 9 am on August 9th. Tells me my refrigerator will arrive before noon and that I will receive compensation for missed work and for the inconvenience/confusion. Shady on their part to falsify a delivery"
"Pathetic customer service. Delivery is sad!! Should have carried flooring into house. Told me they don't get paid for that. Wanted to leave in garage. My garage is not storage. Laminate flooring should be in house for 3 days before install. Told them to take back to Lowes. Really not good. Driver said I cursed at him. I do not talk like that with my mom around. She was 10 feet away since this was gift for her at her house"
"I had a delivery scheduled for the next day to a tenant, and neither the tenant or I received a call. 2 hours past the delivery window I called to see if they were running behind. The lady was very short with me and placed me on hold with every question I had. I was told the driver called several times, but the tenant and myself did not receive any calls, and that because no one answered the call they did not deliver. The tenant was home all day as the original delivery window was 8-12 and day of was changed to 12-4. Also I had a vendor that was in and out at the property that day and they never saw a delivery truck waiting. I thought perhaps she was having a bad day, as she sounded more and more irritated with the questions I had. I tried to see if my guy could just pick it up as I did not appreciate the rudeness, and after learning I could not do that, I rescheduled for 2 days later. I asked for a window of delivery so I could relay that to my tenant. I was told I would not get a window until it's closer to the date of delivery. The day of arrived, and we still did not have a delivery window, so I called. Once again I dealt with short answers, being put on hold, and rudeness. I was told the order was cancelled and that we are not scheduled for today. As I was still speaking trying to figure out why we were not on the schedule and why the order was cancelled, I was cut off and transferred to the warehouse instantly. The call was dropped with the warehouse so I called back. Again met with rude responses as I am still trying to figure out the situation since I did not cancel the order and I had rescheduled. Instead of answering my questions I was given defensive replies about how the driver had called and how they have photos proving they waited for 15 minutes. And that the order had been cancelled days ago. I explained no one received calls and that I did not cancel the order 2 days prior, but instead had rescheduled for this day. Again, cut off as she gave my call to someone else in the office. Which I heard her say I can't I just can't as she was putting the phone down. I asked the next person the name of the person I had dealt with and they would not give it. Told me I had spoken to a supervisor. I asked for a name again, and she kept saying it is irrelevant. After explaining I understand it is not necessarily relevant, but I wanted to know the name of the person who is irritated and short with me, this person, I think her name is Lisa, said to me that she had been sitting there the whole time and that this person was not short with me or rude to me at all. At this point I knew I was not going to get any answers or resolution with them, so I told her I would just go to Lowes to have it taken care of. Which by the way Lowes is Great! I will be leaving a good review for the team of people who helped me there today! Turns out I'm not the only one that is met with the same rudeness from Spirit."
