Communication 0/10 - no telephone to contact them & no response to emails Service 2/10 - You may never see your items Customer service -0/10 - Very rude and defensive Cost 0/10 - price changes each time you use the service Your packages will end up with another one of their clients or they will tell you that they do not have it. "This business is a scammer. They ordered a laptop from my amazon store and had someone pick it up at their local USPS store. The USPS information shows as "USPS tracking number: 9302120111470001137582. Your item was picked up at a postal facility at 3:36 pm on September 5, 2023 in MIAMI, FL 33191 by BLUE LAGOON FIRMS. The item was signed for by B L." But they still claimed that they didn't receive the package and managed to have amazon refund them. If you are a seller, you should understand how amazon stands by the buyer regardless of the fact. So my suggestion is just NOT to ship to this address."
