"They were supposed to arrive between 8-10am, they did not arrive until 1:22pm. The mover showed up without tools. They broke the handle off my El Dorado dresser. They broke the leg off my patio table and didn't even leave the leg so I could fix it. And then charged me for 2 additional driving hours from their office in ft Myers to my home in ft Myers. Plug it in gps and That obviously doesn't add up, but they are trying to convince me it does. I've called to dispute and someone was supposed to call and I still haven't heard from anyone. They have a shady contract to sign. The whole thing was unprofessional. They maxed out my credit card with their leisurely drive from their office to my moving locations. I only agreed to 3 hrs work time. They charged me $800+ for 5hrs. It's better business to be honest than shady. Do not use these movers!!!!!"
