"Bullet, the owner, is an amazing guy. He's so friendly and down-to-earth. He replaced both gear cables, routed them through the frame, disassembled the gear shifter and lubed it, straightened out the bent rear cable connector. He told me he would need to keep it overnight. He had it done in 2 hours! All for $40! It would have easily cost $80 in most other shops. The bike rides beautifully. Hands On Bicycle definitely has my future business. Thanks Bullet!"
