"Not very friendly..."
"I am getting the absolute run around from Fed Ex. Honestly this location is worse than the post office. I received a email from a manufacturer to return a defective piece of equipment and I got an email with a link to a bar code since the shipper is paying for the return. I get to the location, no wifi so phone doesn't work. Bar code doesn't work. I have a screen shot for the label and offer to email then the label for them to print it out. They refused and directed me to another location. A total runaround for a piece of equipment over 1k and 22lbs. If you have a choice, use another shipping company that will actually print a label out. Absolutely pathetic and the only reason I am using Fedex is that what the manufacturer directed. Once again, the people at that location will not go out of there way to help you. You get better service at the post office. If I could get zero stars I would."
