"Always rude and nasty. Every single time I’m in here I witness this, especially to the elderly. The canned generic welcome appears friendly at first, but as soon as you deviate to a question, the nastiness comes out. I see many reviews with the same issue, however, government employees will never be held to a standard, so I guess it doesn’t matter. Just now there was a little wait, which is expected during the busy season. An employee told a gentleman sorry for the wait to which he replied I don’t have a choice, joking manner. Employee smartly uttered “ Well, you can always go someplace else”. Horrible place."

"Some of the most unpleasant employees I've ever encountered! Today, I watched one employee berate an elderly woman because she didn't know the correct terminology for mailing books. I was hoping this was one of those scenarios where I was being pranked, but I've given up hope after a dozen interactions."

"Horrible customer service. Spend all their time listing all the policies why they can’t help you and in all their talking they list the policy that you can get the help. They enjoy sending you all over town with all their policies. I’m sick of it. I try my best not to go there, but sometimes I have no choice. Today’s fiasco was passports. I went online first to get directions. Again after visiting two Post Offices (I followed online directions then the directions from an employee at the first post office). Listening twice to why they couldn't help and then setting an appointment when we were at the second post office. I followed directions online and had everything ready. This isn't the first time. Called customer service in the past and it only gets worse. If you get frustrated they repeat the long list of policies until you leave. The customer is the enemy. If you only have a package to send go to UPS the price can be the same and you are in and out.— NO GAMES."

"Have had mail stolen out of the blue drop off box, when I went in to file a report the customer service person wanted to know if "I could prove it", then scribled an 800 number on a post it note and told me to take it up there. Could I prove it(?), I personally dropped a payment in the blue box at around 10:30am and by 2pm the check had been "washed", made payable to an individual and cashed at the bank just down the road. Also, the front/main doors have now been "broken" for almost a week, and this isn't the first time."
