"Waiting for a reversal on our unit we rented. Be warned, they will send you a text letting you know your unit is ready to check-in and to show up. If it is on a Sunday or Monday you are out of luck! Spent three hours of my time on a Monday to learn that even if you contact customer support they will take your payment and you still cannot gain access to your unit! The communication is horrible. The company is to cheap to keep a full-time customer support on property aside from the manager Tuesday-Saturday via office hours. They expect you to go around the company schedule and not your schedule. I will update when I receive a refund as the property manager on Tuesday, 02/13/24 verbally told me over the phone. Save time, go 5 miles west on Timiami trail and visit Public Storage where they actually have an employee to assist on the spot!"
