"I mailed a package there for my fiances birthday and you guys didn't even leave it at his door like you were supposed to. Instead you took it back to the post office when you could've taken it to the office of the apartment complex where the packages are supposed to go! Then he had to pick it up on his own birthday and you hand it over on its side when it's fragile and has glass inside! I am beyond annoyed with this service!"
