"I had made several attempts to receive my packages since Monday 18th, time of delivery isn’t convenient for me. Promise that I could pick up my package on the 21st of December. Unfortunately it’s on the truck with a final attempt next day which would make 4 attempts. I’m glad to follow my instincts to go home first. Ask to speak with a supervisor I was told they can’t transfer the call. I’m very disappointed."

"I don't know why anyone would go to this location after going there once. There are a couple of women in charge who are lazy and rude. It's so frustrating when you know your package is there and yet they say it's not. I had to have my husband go back because I could not deal with these two without blowing my lid. I know one has a name of Maggie and the other I have no idea but they look similar. I can't believe this is FedEx! Just wow."

"Poor attempt to deliver. Driver arrived with a package and triggered our camera at the door. In less than 90 second he lightly knocked on the door, left an attempt note, and left. All in less than a whole minute. I was given an expedite number but then told I have pick it up from an office. Now I have to drive in rush hour traffic at night, after I explained that I am not supposed to drive at night due to medical reasons. They offered to deliver the next day despite being told that this was the only day that anyone would be home. I was meant to get the item yesterday but the shipper dropped the ball as well."

"So this is all due to a driver who cannot seem to find or knock on a front door. Or even the driveway at a minimum, my home security video shows him just driving by two days in a row. So anyways numerous calls to fed ex corp later, who gives me the option to pick up package at this location.. This location has a gentleman at the front desk who seems to take his job very seriously.. And if you don’t have the tracking number to a package that you don’t have the tracking number to he will refuse to help you.. Even after speaking with fed ex customer service numerous times and being told that you do not need anything but photo ID and address since I don’t know this items tracking number.. Wrong :) no help whatsoever until you call fed ex customer service again and spend another 20mins to get a tracking number their system has that I don’t :) time in my life I will not get back wasted in incompetent bureaucracy"
