You can choose from 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping for FedEx Express, or select FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive in 1-5 business days.
The drop boxes accept a variety of packages, including FedEx Express envelopes and boxes, as well as packages with a FedEx label that you have prepared yourself. The drop boxes can accommodate packages up to 20" x 12" x 6" in size.
Drop-off times vary by location, with many drop boxes now offering extended hours and Saturday pickup options. You can create a shipping label online or fill out an airbill using your FedEx account number, then print and affix the label to your package before dropping it off at a nearby FedEx Drop Box.
Please note that no cash, check, or credit card payments are accepted at the drop box locations.
