"The young person behind the counter wasn't very informed on what to do. I needed more tape to close the box and she didnt know if they had any more and told me to go buy some off the Walgreens shelf. So I went and found a manager and she found the tape right away. It's nice that it is in the Walgreens but like a lot of places who staff with young people they seem unable to do a simple job."

"Online site was useless. I guess it only serves business community. As private citizen it really didn't help. Finally gave up trying to find nearest location on line and went to post office. When government finally privatizes mail delivery, individuals will be left with nothing."
