"Calvin was very helpful and patient with us. We had to change units the day after we rented because we realized that we needed more space. He was understanding and supportive with our change. He explained everything thoroughly and patiently. The facility is spotless and well maintained."
"The 2 stars goes to the nice gentleman I spoke with on the phone who did all he could to lower the outrageous increase. Online the same unit is $74 a month and they just sent me a notice advising me of a new monthly rate of $256. There is no actual sense to this. Beware of placing your items here. Luckily I’m able to move my things and hire a company to do the work unlike others who might find it more difficult."

Even though the facility is great - clean, easy access, no pests, and very safe - I have never been more pleased with the store manager than I am with Peggi Bartels. She is very friendly, responds very quickly to any questions I may have, and offers good solutions to any of my personal storage issues. I would highly recommend this facility!"
