"Customer service was excellent, they were very friendly and professional. However, the prices for servicing a bike are pretty steep. They unbent the derailer and tightened the front brake for $35 after taxes. All of this was done in less than 15 minutes with minimal effort. I also asked to clean and oil the chain, yet they did not, but after I saw the total, I was too afraid to ask, thinking they would probably charge an extra $20 for that. I'd rather buy some chain oil and do it myself. But nice and competent people anyway, they did a good job!"
